Every piece is made to order, so shipping and returns work differently from an off-the-rack store — here's what we can tell you honestly today.

Shipping

We deliver across India. Because nothing is held in stock, dispatch happens after your lead time — three to four weeks, or about a week more if you're sending custom measurements — not on the day you order.

Returns

Each piece is cut to your own measurements, so it isn't a standard stock item we can simply restock — our approach isn't the same as an off-the-rack return policy.
